14-day returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
How to return
Go to My Account, find your order, and click “Request Return”. The brand will confirm your return and provide a returns label or address. You are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free collection and issue a full refund or replacement.
Non-returnable items
- Pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Sale items marked as final sale
Refunds
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we confirm it.
