International Delivery

We currently ship to selected European countries and the Republic of Ireland. International shipping starts from £9.99 and typically takes 5–10 working days depending on destination.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Used for express and next-day deliveries. Live parcel tracking with 1-hour delivery windows.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status any time from your account or our Track My Order page.

Returns

Most fashion items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Beauty products must be unopened and sealed. We'll email you a prepaid returns label once your return is approved.

Common questions

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

We can try to update your address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it.

Check with neighbours and any safe places specified at checkout. If it's still missing, contact us within 3 working days and we'll raise a claim with the courier.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?

Some couriers don't deliver to PO Boxes. If you're unsure, use a home or work address at checkout and contact us for BFPO enquiries.

Why do I have multiple tracking numbers for one order?

Dripscan is a marketplace — if you ordered from multiple vendors, each one ships their items separately, so you'll receive one tracking link per vendor.
